Mission : The Integrated Center for Applied Sciences (ICASL) is a  Finishing School targeting freshers wanting to join Call Centers, BPO/KPO/Retail Malls Segment. Dr. J. Anjaneya Sharma Phd.
Founder and Chairman ICASL

Has more than 29yrs of experience in Corporate Law, Finance, Marketing and Management. He is associated with major charitable organisations in the areas of Education, Healthcare and Community Workforce Development programs. Dr Sharma holds a Master's Degree in English Literature,  Philosophy and Law. In addition he is a D.Lit and posesses a Doctor of Philosophy degree in English Literature. He comes from a family of  Vedic scholars who have enriched Telugu, Sanskrit, and English Literature by their valuable contributions in Theosophy and Ethics. Dr Sharma has to his credit many award winning publications.

Co-Founder and Chief Executive
Master Facilitator and popularly known as BeeJay. He has stayed and traveled widely in the Unites States and is an emerging name in Indian Poetry. He has been extensively published in UK & USA. His contribution in the field of Indians writing n English has been significant and well received. BeeJay brings International exposure and experience in English Language usage, as well as expertise in Call Center Service Operations. He has trained many HI-B & S/W professionals in communication and softskills that have helped them to succeed in the competitive overseas environment.

Anand Tapasvi
Is a holder of Masters Degree in Computer Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and is presently pursuing a Ph.D program in Voice Over Internet Protocal (VOIP) more specifically electronic number locking system (ENUM), SIP Express Router (SER), Asterix and telephone routing over IP in the same August University. He has flair and expertise in the areas of Networking, net communications, Artificial Integillence software development. He is also very actively involved in various student leadership and community development programs and has won many laurels to his credit.
